In a career spanning 30 years, Paul Borek has accumulated consideration training, experience and accomplishment in economic development, banking and city planning as well as marketing and sales. Paul received his undergraduate degree in Geography and Urban Studies from Dartmouth College and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Aurora University. He facilitated development of the 650,000 SF 3M Regional Distribution Center with Clayco and Venture One Real Estate, winner of the 2010 Build-to-Suite if the year (NAIOP - Chicago Chapter) and the 130,000 SF SK Hand Tool HQ and manufacturing facility, winner of the 2012 Merit Award by the Chicago Building Congress. Paul assisted in the development and expansion of several additional manufacturing facilities including Ryerson, Sunoco/Tegrant, Smart Motion Robotics, H.A. Phillips, Right Pointe and North Star Foods.
